First Communion
Most of our children attend Catholic Schools in the area (St. Paschal, Bishop Scalabrini, St. Antoine Daniel and Holy Family). During their second grade, a special program is held here at the Church, to prepare them for the Sacraments of First Confession (in December) and First Communion (in April-May).
These two Sacraments connect and create an even stronger bond in the life of these children with Jesus and the Church.
Children attending Public and Private Schools follow a special two year program, beginning in grade one. The aim of this course is to give these children an opportunity to be more exposed to religion and slowly grow in a faith filled environment.
